The Dietician Deepika analyzed all my routine and food habit for first few days then she advises a diet which I couldn’t believe yet again because there were no fancy fruits, vegetable included and no fancy salads. She advised normal home cooked food which every house hold follows but make sure to include everything required for my body to stay healthy.

I must say I never craved for any sweet and snacks in my entire diet period and nor felt lack of energy, in fact I had more energy to do exercise and running. I felt lot of energetic in terms of my health. Thank you so much Deepika.
